TV personality, beauty mogul and model Kylie Jenner announced on September 8 via social media that she is expecting her second child with rapper Travis Scott. 

Kylie shared her news with a vlog-style video on Instagram, reminiscent of the video she had posted about her first pregnancy with daughter Stormi Webster. It amassed over 130 million views in just a few days.

The two stars co-parent 3-year-old daughter Stormi, who looked very excited to become a big sister. 

In the video, mother Kris Jenner said “this is one of the happiest days of my life” after opening an envelope filled with ultrasound pictures. The video also contained clips of the positive pregnancy test, ultrasound visits, and even one clip showing the heartbeat of the baby. Stormi was seen hugging and kissing Kylie’s belly, showing her pure excitement to become a big sister. Both Kylie and Travis seem extremely excited to be expanding their family. 

Fans had speculated about Kylie’s pregnancy for months after meticulously analyzing social media content posted by the star. Details such as her nails not matching pictures posted within the same week were a primary focus in most Tik Tok videos that spoke on the theory. Another huge giveaway was her father, Caitlyn Jenner. Caitlyn spilled the beans on Aug. 20 while on her campaign tour for California state governor, revealing that her 19th grandchild was “in the oven”. This sparked even more talk regarding the beauty mogul’s pregnancy, until it was finally confirmed by the star herself.

Now, fans have started up theories on the sex of the baby, most assuming it’s a boy. 

According to Seventeen Magazine, sources say she is expecting in February 2022, but Kylie herself has yet to confirm.
